Hideki Matsuyama’s winning WITB, 2021 Masters – GolfWRX

At the 2021 Valero Texas Open, Jordan Spieth fired a final-round 66 for an 18-under total and a two-stroke win over Charley Hoffman. The win ended an 82-event/1,351-day victory drought.

”There’s peaks and valleys in this sport, but I never expected to go this long,” Spieth said after the win. ”Back then, in between wins, maybe I took things more for granted than I should have. It’s very difficult to win out here and I’ll certainly enjoy this one as much as I have any other.”
