Police have shut down a pier at the Inner Harbor after a body was found in the water Tuesday morning. *UPDATE* Baltimore Police have identified the person found in the water Tuesday as missing person Branson Oduor. He was reported missing on April 3 after grabbing drinks with a friend in Fells Point.According to the Baltimore City Police Department, a man’s body was recovered from the water in the 500 block of East Pratt Street. The call came in around 8 a.m., and limited information is available at this time. Police said the remains have been taken to the Medical Examiner’s office to determine the cause of death. This is a developing story.
