Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party Information

The number of tickets available for each event date is limited, and event tickets are valid only for the specific event date and hours. Parking fees are not included in the ticket price. Tickets must be purchased online and are not available on the day of the event. Limit of eight (8) tickets per person, per event date, and no discounts apply. Tickets are not required for Guests ages 2 and under. Tickets are nonrefundable and may not be resold or transferred for commercial purpose. Only select attractions, experiences, offerings and services will be available during the event. Offer, event and event elements may be modified, limited in availability and are subject to restrictions, change or cancellation without notice or liability. No refunds given for any such changes or cancellations due to inclement weather, labor disputes or otherwise. Lightning Lane Multi Pass, Premier Pass and Single Pass are not available during the event.

Requirements for Ticket Purchase and Event Entry

You must be a D23 Member (General or Gold Member) to purchase tickets to Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party for the event night that is exclusively for D23 Members and their Guests. Guests of ticket purchasers do not have to be D23 Members. D23 Members must be present and enter the event with their Guests. D23 Members who do not bring their membership card and tickets may not be admitted to the event, and their Guests will also not be admitted. Membership cards may be physical or digital—found in the D23 app. Ticketed D23 Members and Guests who do not attend the event forfeit their tickets as well as all experiences, benefits and gifts associated with the event.

Disney PhotoPass

Scan the QR code on your event wristband into the Disneyland app to access Disney PhotoPass digital photos captured during the event. Disney PhotoPass photos must be linked to your MyDisney account to be downloaded. Disney PhotoPass digital photo downloads exclude separately priced Disney PhotoPass packages and products offered at select locations. Photos can be downloaded from your MyDisney account as often as desired, up to 45 days after initial capture. Disney PhotoPass service is subject to the Disney PhotoPass terms and conditions and the Disney PhotoPass expiration policy. Online registration required.

Any ticketed Members or their guests who do not personally attend the event, forfeit their place, as well as all experiences, benefits, and gifts associated with the event. D23 Members must be present or guests will not gain admittance to the event.

All D23 events are subject to change without notice. All ticket sales are final. There are strictly no cancellations or refunds regardless of reason (including, without limitation, due to illness, change in travel plans, etc.) and tickets are not transferable.

Disney Worldwide Services, Inc., and its parent, affiliated, and subsidiary companies (collectively, “Disney”), and its vendors, contractors, agents and/or assigns (collectively with Disney, “Producer”), may be taking photos, filming and/or making other recordings at this location during the event you will be attending. By entering the premises for the event, for yourself and on behalf of any children accompanying you, you: (i) irrevocably consent to and authorize Producer to photograph you, make audio and/or video recordings of you in whatever medium, and use such photographs and recordings for all purposes (including advertising and promotions) in all media, now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, and in any language without notice, attribution, permission or payment; and (ii) acknowledge all such photographs and/or recordings will be the sole property of Disney.
