I like the Braves (-175) to get the opening game victory but I’ll take the plus odds on the run line.
BET BRAVES -1.5 (-102).
Sale gives the Braves a big edge against the Angels. He’s been dominant to start the season, allowing just 1 run, and has owned this matchup with an 8-0 record and 1.24 ERA against Los Angeles.
While Soriano has also pitched well, Atlanta’s power stands out with 13 home runs early. With a deeper, more dangerous lineup and the pitching edge, the Braves are in a strong position to win comfortably and cover the run line.
