Ivanka Trump broke into tears when discussing the women who shaped her life in a rare show of emotion for the first daughter.<\/p>\n
Trump, 44, asked for a tissue as she discussed her mother and maternal grandmother in an interview with the \u201cDiary of a CEO\u201d podcast<\/a>. She also grew tearful at other points in the 90-minute interview, when she discussed her husband Jared Kushner\u2019s battle with thyroid cancer <\/a>and how she watched her father get shot in Butler, Pa<\/a>., in \u201creal time\u201d with two of her children.<\/p>\n But her most emotional moment was when she expressed her regret that her three children \u2014 Arabella, Joseph and Theo \u2014 won\u2019t get to know their grandmother Ivana Trump.<\/p>\n And she said she was grateful that her own grandmother \u2014 Ivana\u2019s mother, Marie Zeln\u00ed\u010dkov\u00e1 \u2014 lives with them in Florida.
