Administration (NHTSA), a malfunctioning rearview image significantly compromises a motorist&#8217;s ability to see behind their vehicle, thereby elevating the risk of a collision. <\/p>\n<p>A safety recall report from the agency indicated that GM&#8217;s supplier identified a flaw in the bonding process used for the camera housing, which, combined with the camera&#8217;s mounting configuration, could allow moisture to penetrate the unit.<\/p>\n<div class=\"sc-awdjp1-2 cbpRGD sc-awdjp1-3 image align-center\">\n<figure class=\"sc-1cbdeug-0 cXcwgU\">\n<div data-gallery-length=\"2\"
