Conor McGregor is finally closing in on his UFC return.<\/p>\n

Sources told The Post that he is closing in on a deal to fight Max Holloway on July 11 at UFC 329 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n

The expectation is that the two will compete at welterweight, the first time that Holloway will fight at 170 pounds.<\/p>\n

An official announcement could come within the week, though there\u2019s no rush, as McGregor, 37, is said to be knee-deep in fight camp as he prepares for his return to the octagon in just eight weeks.<\/p>\n
