He was fired on the spot after refusing to go along with a cover-up tied to Anna Vorpe, a shadowy figure with government connections who was orchestrating a bioweapon threat. Maggie Bell and OA had been chasing her for the entire episode, and the dismissal felt abrupt, final, and unfair.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">But OA\u2019s termination was a performance. Maggie and Isobel Castille had orchestrated the entire charade so he could slide into Vorpe\u2019s inner circle as an undercover operative. \u201cGetting to see OA on a different team will be fun to watch and film.
