However, there\u2019s no record that the reality stars ever owned such property.<\/p>\n<p>Page Six has reached out to Roberts, Clinton, the Kardashians and Sharon for comment, but did not receive any at the time of publication.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Billy Ray and Tish then allegedly adopted the baby before cutting off all communication with Lee. <span class=\"credit\">WireImage<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Lee allegedly reached out to the Kardashians to get her in contact with a lawyer to fight the Cyrus family. <span class=\"credit\">Jamie McCarthy<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>As to why she\u2019s speaking out now, Lee claimed she had forgotten about her trauma, but a move back to Ruidoso triggered flashbacks of her alleged abuse.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, she checked herself into an Arizona State University-affiliated mental health facility in 2016 in Tucson, where she was diagnosed with PTSD.<\/p>\n<p>After explaining her symptoms to a doctor, she allegedly remembered being raped and having a baby as a result.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[The doctor] said, \u2018Yeah, that is exactly what happens when you have PTSD. This is very normal and the brain can block something out, and that\u2019s what you\u2019re going through.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Lee (not pictured here) claimed she remembered she was Miley\u2019s mom after going to therapy. <span class=\"credit\">John Shearer\/BBMA2017<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Lee (not pictured here) claimed she was diagnosed with PTSD, which had caused her to forget her trauma. <span class=\"credit\">GC Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Once she allegedly remembered, Lee claimed she reached out to Miley via her lawyers, but didn\u2019t hear anything back. She also reported her trafficking to the cops, but \u201cnever could get anybody to take it seriously.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd if anything, I ended up suffering really terrible consequences from trying to get them to look into it,\u201d she told the outlet.<\/p>\n<p>As to what she will do now, Lee said she plans to file a new case in Malibu, Calif., where Miley lives, to seek a DNA test that would put the case to rest \u2014 even though her request for a DNA test has already been denied by a court.<\/p>\n<p>She is also hoping they can build a relationship if the test proves they are biologically related.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Billy Ray has denied Lee\u2019s claims, calling them \u201cabsurd.\u201d <span class=\"credit\">John Shearer\/BBMA2017<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Miley is one of the three children Tish and Billy Ray welcomed during their marriage. <span class=\"credit\">Getty Images for MTV<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cI would ask Miley to do a DNA test to get the truth to show that I am her birth mom. I understand that I\u2019m biologically her mom. Does it mean that now I\u2019m her mom? I\u2019m not,\u201d Lee insisted.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m not claiming any of those moments, and I\u2019m not trying to take away anything of what her and Tish [Cyrus] have, because I would only want for her something beautiful and good and pure.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She also noted, \u201cI never wanted to involve Miley. But she\u2019s evidence \u2014 the evidence I have to show that I was sex trafficked and had a baby because of it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Nonetheless, Lee acknowledges that her story \u201cdoes seem weird.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI know a lot of people out there are going that\u2019s a crazy story \u2013 and it is a crazy story,\u201d she said. \u201cThe truth is crazy sometimes. If it\u2019s happening to you, you\u2019re not alone,\u201d she concluded.<\/p>\n<p>Lee initially filed her lawsuit in May, accusing Billy Ray and his ex-wife Tish of \u201cbreach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation, intentional inflection of emotional distress and unlawful interference with parental rights.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After her request for a DNA test was denied in October, <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/12\/07\/celebrity-news\/billy-ray-cyrus-responds-to-woman-claiming-shes-miley-cyrus-biological-mother-in-lawsuit\/\">Billy Ray filed a motion to dismiss Lee\u2019s \u201cfalse and absurd\u201d claims<\/a> and accused her of harassment. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Court dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice this morning and awarded Mr Cyrus the recovery of his reasonable and necessary attorney\u2019s fees and costs,\u201d the statement reads.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Lee acknowledged about her claims, \u201cI know a lot of people out there are going that\u2019s a crazy story \u2013 and it is a crazy story.
