It\u2019s easy to look away, to avoid hard conversations, or to take the path of least resistance. In one recent Instagram post, he wrote<\/a>, \u201cIf conviction costs you, it\u2019s probably worth something. But I believe that God honors faithfulness.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n The former football star recently wrote an op-ed for Fox News, discussing how his time as a star athlete comes second to his mission to point people towards God.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cReal victory is never just about what happens on the field; it\u2019s about who you impact through the opportunities you are given,\u201d Tebow wrote<\/a>. \u201cWe all want to win, but at what? Do I just want to be successful, or do I want to be significant? Do I want my greatest effort to be for a game or to impact those around me?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n He continued, \u201cOne day, the highlight reels will be outdated, the rankings will be forgotten, and even this championship will fade into another line in the record books \u2014 but the people who met Jesus because of their faithfulness will still matter forever.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Tebow also has a new gig \u2014 first-time father! He and wife Demi-Leigh Tebow welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Daphne, in 2025.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cYou know, people say\u2026\u2018Did you ever know you could love something so much?\u2019\u201d Tebow said<\/a> in a recent interview with PEOPLE. \u201cI don\u2019t think that\u2019s been the biggest adjustment.
