In total, Garrett County could get as many as six inches of snow. This will make for hazardous road conditions as high winds develop on Saturday, leading to reduced visibility and drifting snow.The snow will be lighter by the time it reaches the Baltimore area on Friday evening, with a trace to half an inch of snow accumulation possible.
