The Stanley Cup Final is even at 2-2 with Game 5 underway in Raleigh.
The Vegas Golden Knights got the early lead as Pavel Dorofeyev scored on a powerplay nearly seven minutes into the first period. Carolina responded just five minutes later as Jordan Staal tipped it in past Carter Hart for his sixth goal in five games this series.
Carolina took its first lead of the night in the second period, as Andrei Svechnikov sent a slapshot past Hart to capitalize on the second of back-to-back Hurricanes power plays. Sebastian Aho followed soon after with his first goal of the series off a gorgeous long pass from Sean Walker.
The winner of tonight’s game will have a chance to clinch the Stanley Cup on Sunday.
