It’s bad news for gamers. The Xbox Network, also known as Xbox Live, is giving users problems.

Downdetector reported April 16 that the Xbox Network was down. Shortly after reports came in, there were more than 300 complains from people not able to get on. And the problems were spread out.

According to the site, more than 40 percent couldn’t even launch the network. There were also complaints about connecting to the server and bugs with the game play.

There was no word on when the network would be fixed.
