Flamengo and Palmeiras face off at the Maracanã this Saturday (23) in the 17th round of the 2026 Brasileirão.

Before the ball even rolled, the Rubro-Negro fans heavily taunted their Alviverde rivals.

This is because it is the teams’ first meeting since the 2025 Libertadores final, which ended in a 1-0 Flamengo win in Lima, Peru.
