( March 12, 2026, 20:28 GMT | Official Statement) — MLex Summary: US Court of International Trade Chief Judge Mark Barnett set an April 10 hearing for consideration of summary judgement in a pair of lawsuits by a coalition of 24 Democrat-led states and two small businesses challenging the Trump administration’s use of Section 122 to impose a 10 percent global tariff. The Democrat-led states, which requested an expedited hearing, are expected to file a motion for summary judgment, or a favorable ruling without a trial, on Friday.
